This Privacy Policy explains how KRILL Swarm collects, uses, stores, limits access to, and handles data submitted by users or clients. KRILL Swarm does not sell client data. Privacy contact: hello@krillswarm.id.
1. Service Identity
KRILL Swarm is a public brand/service operated by the KRILL Swarm operator, to be confirmed before paid public launch.
2. Data Collected
- Contact data: name, role, company, WhatsApp/phone number, email, city/country, and business social media accounts if provided.
- Business and brief data: brand/project/product/campaign name, price/offer, target market, marketing location, sales channel, ad materials, positioning, competitor references, sales problems, launch plan, proof assets, business objectives, and supporting files.
- Payment and administration data: buyer/order name, invoice data, transfer proof, payment status, and tax information if required.
- Communication data: email, WhatsApp, meeting notes, feedback, brief revision, approval, and order confirmation.
- Website usage data: visited pages, access time, form submission, device/browser information, cookies/analytics if used.
3. Uploaded Files
Clients may send or upload files such as logos, product photos, campaign materials, brochures, decks, pricing sheets, property layouts, ad screenshots, scripts, and other supporting documents. Clients must ensure they have the right to share those files with KRILL Swarm.
- Do not upload ID/passport, family card, children’s data, medical records, patient data, private customer databases, credit/debit card data, passwords, complete personal bank account records, confidential third-party legal documents, or other sensitive data that is not needed for the report.
4. Data Processing Purposes
- Assessing service fit with the client’s needs.
- Creating quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
- Understanding briefs, creating assumption locks, synthetic market response simulations, reports, and Evidence Packs when included in scope.
- Running internal QA, client communication, payment, administration, revisions, audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and service quality improvement.
5. Third-Party Infrastructure / Tools
KRILL Swarm may use third-party infrastructure and tools including hosting, database, storage, email, document processing, analytics, AI-assisted tools, productivity tools, and payment administration tools when needed. KRILL Swarm limits the use of Client Materials to service delivery, internal QA, audit, agreed retention, and relevant operational needs.
6. Cookie / Analytics Note
At P0 stage, the website does not add a dedicated analytics module. If analytics/cookies are used later, this Privacy Policy must be updated to explain the data collected, analytics purpose, and relevant control options.
7. Internal Access Limitation
Access to client data is limited to parties who need it to perform the work, such as report operators, analysts, reviewers, QA, payment admin, and technical support if required. Access is granted based on operational need, not general access.
8. Retention and Deletion Request
KRILL Swarm may retain data and records for operational needs, audit, payment, tax, legal, fraud prevention, dispute handling, quality control, project history, and service improvement.
Clients may request deletion of certain data through hello@krillswarm.id. KRILL Swarm may fulfill deletion requests when applicable and operationally/legal feasible, but may retain certain records when needed for invoices, payment, tax, audit, legal defense, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or minimum transaction records.
9. No Selling Client Data
KRILL Swarm does not sell client briefs, uploaded files, campaign materials, pricing, reports, or client business data to third parties.
10. Security Limitation
KRILL Swarm applies reasonable steps to protect data security. However, no digital system is 100% secure. Clients understand that sending data through the internet, email, WhatsApp, cloud storage, and third-party tools still carries technical risk.
