For discounted pilots, limited offers, founder price, or trial clients, KRILL Swarm may request 100% upfront payment.
The final report may be withheld until full payment is received.
4. When Production Is Considered Started
- KRILL Swarm reads the brief in detail.
- KRILL Swarm creates an assumption lock.
- KRILL Swarm processes uploaded files.
- KRILL Swarm creates persona mapping or starts simulation.
- KRILL Swarm allocates analyst/operator time.
- KRILL Swarm creates draft/report structure or confirms that work has started.
5. Refund / Cancellation
Deposit is non-refundable after production has started.
Refunds do not apply because the verdict is negative, scores are low, the report states high risk/not ready, the client disagrees with the analysis, the client expected a more positive result, the client changes their mind after seeing risk, or the client decides not to launch.
If KRILL Swarm fails to complete agreed work due to KRILL’s fault, refund applies only to the undelivered portion of work, accounting for work progress.
6. Delivery Format
Delivery may be PDF, TXT/DOC-style document, Evidence Pack when included, summary/action sheet when included, or another agreed format in the order confirmation. Delivery timeline starts after required payment is received, the brief is complete, important files are received, and scope/order confirmation is clear.
7. Revision Boundary
Included revisions: typo correction, correction of proven factual errors, wording clarification, minor format adjustment, and limited factual assumption correction if the data was provided before production. Not automatically included: changing the main brief, requesting re-simulation because the client dislikes the result, adding new products/campaigns/markets, changing the main price/offer, requesting a more positive verdict, or creating a new report for a different concept.
8. Confidentiality
Client brief, uploaded files, campaign material, pricing, business plan, product concept, internal data, draft report, final report, and Evidence Pack are confidential by default. KRILL Swarm may not publish client-identifying work without written permission.
9. IP Ownership
Client Materials remain owned by the client. KRILL Swarm retains its methodology, report templates, scoring logic, persona simulation framework, prompts, software, dashboard, Evidence Pack structure, sample structure, website content, package system, and internal workflows.
10. Final Report Internal-Use License
After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the final report internally for planning, decision-making, campaign refinement, pricing review, sales team briefing, and management discussion. The client may not resell the report, publish the full report without permission, remove disclaimers, claim the report is a real survey, reverse-engineer KRILL methodology, or use the KRILL framework to create a competing service.
